Our Products
We sell handmade, artisanal, and unique products. As these items are individually crafted, slight variations in colour, size, or texture may occur. Such differences are part of the product’s character and do not constitute a defect.
All descriptions, images, and prices are correct to the best of our knowledge; however, we reserve the right to make changes without prior notice.
Ordering and Payment
Orders can be placed via our website only. Prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend prices or withdraw products at any time.
Full payment must be received before an order is processed. We accept payment via PayPal and major credit or debit cards.
We may refuse or cancel any order if fraud or unauthorised activity is suspected.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide from multiple locations.
Processing time is usually 1–5 business days. Estimated delivery time ranges between 3 and 21 business days, depending on the destination and origin of the item.
Some orders may arrive in separate packages if fulfilled by different artisans or suppliers.
While we aim to meet all delivery estimates, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or unforeseen events outside our control.

Import Duties, Taxes, and Customs Fees
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, the buyer may be responsible for import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. These fees are not included in our prices and must be paid by the customer where applicable.
Some products may already include import duty or customs clearance in the listed price — this will be clearly stated on the product page.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or for refusal of items due to unpaid fees.
Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We comply with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Because many of our products are handmade or made to order, we can only accept returns if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to request a return, and the item must be returned in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of notification.
Custom or personalised items and perishable goods cannot be returned unless defective.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Proof of postage is required. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

Cancellations
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for most products, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, except for custom-made or personalised items or items that have already shipped and cannot be recalled.
If you wish to cancel an order before it is dispatched, please contact us as soon as possible at sales.cheekybox@gmail.com.

All text, images, logos, product photos, and other materials on this website are the property of Cheeky Box or our licensors. They may not be copied, used, or distributed without our written consent.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including delays, lost shipments, or customs issues.
Our total liability in respect of any order is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that order.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
