Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
We comply with the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Because many of our products are handmade or made to order, we can only accept returns if the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. To request a return, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The item must then be returned in its original condition and packaging within 14 days of notifying us.
Custom or personalised items, as well as perishable goods, cannot be returned unless defective.
The customer is responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Proof of postage is required. Refunds will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned goods.

Cancellations
You have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receipt for most products under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This right does not apply to custom-made or personalised items, or to items that have already shipped and cannot be recalled.
